In a bid to make its visitors feel as safe and comfortable as possible, Zoomarine theme park in Guia has voluntarily submitted itself to a test from an external inspection and certification company (SGS Portugal) and received the ‘Disinfection Monitored-Cleaning Checked’ seal of approval. The theme park has also been considered a “low risk” location for Covid-19 infection.
The seal was attributed after the SGS Portugal team inspected the theme park’s cleaning procedures and ventilation and air conditioning systems. Interviews were also carried out with Zoomarine’s staff, while samples were collected to “evaluate the efficiency” of the theme park’s cleaning procedures.
Zoomarine will now boast the seal for six months.
