Zoomarine is offering 50% discount on ticket prices for local residents until May 31.
The Guia-based theme park says the offer is valid for one-day tickets only.
Tickets must be purchased online at www.zoomarine.pt. Locals will be asked to present documentation to prove they live in the Algarve on the day they visit the theme park. They can also bring a guest along with them who does not have to be resident.
