Portimão Municipal Theatre TEMPO is the venue for an event entitled ‘Dia Zen’ on September 28 from 10am to 7pm.
There will be seminars and activities related to yoga, Ayurveda, macrobiotic food, Biodanza and oriental dance, among other subjects.
Entrance is free but prior registration is required as the event is limited to 30 people.
