A 23-year-old Russian passenger, landing in Lisbon’s Portela airport this week, was arrested after police found a taser pistol in her hand luggage. The young woman was described as surprised she could not legally carry the pistol and explained she was in Portugal to visit her mother. Tasers appear at the top of the list of hand luggage no-no’s, as provided by ANA Aeroportos de Portugal and posted online.
