The Casa Manuel Teixeira Gomes museum in Portimão will hold a photo exhibition entitled “The Art of Yoga” by Sílvia Duarte from February 9 until March 9.
The museum will also host a set of yoga workshops on Saturday mornings, except Saturday February 2, until March 9.
All the yoga classes start at 10am and the lectures start at midday, both lasting one hour.
For yoga classes, participants must bring comfortable clothes and must be a minimum of 12 years old, except on March 9 when there will be a workshop for parents and children above six years old who can only participate accompanied by an adult.
