LOCALS IN Praia da Luz tied yellow ribbons to railings with a picture of missing Madeleine on Saturday, May 12, in a symbolic gesture of hope that she will be found.
The ribbons could be seen all over the Ocean Club resort to raise awareness about her disappearance.
