Lagoa’s ‘Sons do Atlântico’ world music festival begins today (August 13) in Senhora da Rocha’s promontory.
Performers include Dino D’Santiago and Amparo Sanchéz on the opening day, Chico Trujillo and Marafona on Friday and Fado singer Camané and Paulo Flores on Saturday.
Tickets cost €8 and can be purchased at the municipal auditorium, the São José Convent or online at ticketline.pt
The festival’s doors open at 6pm.
