SOME OF the most famous time pieces ever made will be on display at two exhibitions in September and October.
Until September 30, the Clock Museum, based in Serpa, is displaying in Évora an exhibition called ‘200 years of the best mechanical clocks in the world: 1800-2000’. This exhibition is being held at Igreja de São Vicente, from 10.30am to 6pm. Casino da Figueira, in Figueira da Foz, will host the second exhibition, which will take place between October 15 and 28.
