The Algarve’s Marlon Lipke will be among the surfing elite due to visit Peniche for the penultimate stage of this year’s ASP Men’s World Tour between October 19 to 30.
The women’s equivalent fifth event of 2009 will be held at the same location during the last five days of the event.
