A workshop entitled ‘Grow a perfect life, the power of positive thinking’ by Victoria Robertson is taking place on Wednesday, March 5, at the Holiday Inn Algarve in Armação de Pêra from 2pm to 4.30pm.
Victoria Robertson is a health and wellbeing therapist and the author of two internationally-recognised self-help books. Her positive inspirational techniques and tips on ways to improve your health and wellbeing will help you to become one step closer.
Cost per person is €19.50 including afternoon tea and cakes. All proceeds will go to a local charity.
