Writing to your own newspaper is unusual I am sure, but having read Skip Bandele’s offering in The Resident issue of December 16, I felt moved to put into print a very large and noisy Hoorah! I am speaking of “Chapter Three”. Skip’s views are worth reading several times. Anyone who missed their copy should call The Resident or e-mail us without delay.
