Women removed from Ikea ads

The Saudi Arabian Ikea franchise is being criticised for deleting images of women from their furniture catalogues and television adverts, to the disapproval of its parent company in Sweden. Women in the Saudi catalogues and advertisements have been airbrushed out of all shots, so that only males appear in the ads.
