The Escola Internacional São Lourenço will be holding its annual Winter Fair on the school grounds in Almancil on Sunday, November 19, from 11am until 3pm.
There will be a range of interesting stalls and, in addition to all sorts of Christmas goodies, there will be homemade crafts and second-hand books. Snacks and refreshments will also be available. This year, the science department will have some interesting things for you to see as well as the school’s own environmental stall.
Funds raised at the fair will go to Casa Santa Misericórdia, a home for the disabled in Albufeira. Casa Santa Misericórdia is in desperate need of bedding, towels and clothes, so, if you have any of these items in good condition that you would like the school to forward, bring them to the fair.
