Members of the Algarve Wine Society were presented with wines by respected wine maker Carlos Campolargo during an event held on October 15 at the EVA hotel in Faro.
A presentation of two white, seven red and a sparkling wine was made by Carlos Campolargo, who had travelled from his home in Bairrada to meet with the society.
The tasting was followed by a dinner accompanied by Campolargo Entre II Santos white and red wines and raffle featuring many wine and wine related prizes.
The final event on the autumn calendar for the society will be a visit to the Nova Cortiça cork factory in São Brás de Alportel on November 3, to be repeated on November 8.
