A two-day event featuring workshops, bartending contests and wine and spirits tastings is taking place at Conrad Algarve in Quinta do Lago next weekend (February 19-20).
Entitled ‘Algarve Trade Experience’, it is considered “the biggest event of its kind in the south of Portugal”.
Workshops and masterclasses will be led by representatives of prestigious brands including Absolut Elyx, Gin Sul, Monin and Martini.
There will be a variety of wines and spirits to taste, including Ruinart, Malhadinha Nova, Vale Meão, Blandys, Quinta dos Carvalhais and Esporão.
Finally, the event will include three national bartending competitions promoted by Portugal’s Bartenders Association (ABP).
The ‘Algarve Trade Experience’ is organised by Conrad Algarve and Garrafeira Soares.
