In celebration of the International Year of Biodiversity, a seminar about wetland diversity focusing on the case of Lagoa dos Salgados will be taking place in Algoz at the EB2 school on April 9, followed by a trip to the lagoon on April 10.
The seminar has been organised by Almargem, a regional environmental association, and the organisers hope that the seminar will help to “alert the general public to the importance of this ecosystem”.
The cost of the seminar is 13 euros per person.
