Portugal is in for some quirky weather this weekend. According to the Portuguese Institute for Sea and Atmosphere (IPMA), temperatures will continue at blistering levels although strong bouts of rain are forecast for Sunday (June 7).
Those hoping for a day at the beach may be lucky on Saturday, when the sun will still be shining and temperatures should reach 39ºC in Beja, 33ºC in Lisbon, 30ºC in Faro and 28ºC in Porto.
