Portugal’s chilly weather is set to continue this weekend but with the silver lining that most of the country will enjoy two days of sunshine.
While temperatures shouldn’t plunge below 10ºC in the Algarve, the rest of Portugal is expecting minimums to drop to -1ºC in Guarda and Bragança, 1ºC in Vila Real and Leiria, 4ºC in Porto and 7ºC in Lisbon, according to IPMA weather forecasts.
Clouds may appear in the Algarve and southern Alentejo on Sunday (February 21) but both will enjoy mild temperatures, with maximums of 18ºC in Faro and 17ºC in Beja and Évora.
