Most of Portugal is in for another “hot and sunny weekend” with temperatures due to increase 3ºC to 4ºC starting tomorrow, though beachgoers will have to take into account that it will be considerably windy.
Maximums are set to reach 34ºC in the Algarve, 35ºC in the Alentejo, 28ºC in Lisbon and 25ºC in Porto.
And although short periods of rain are expected in some parts of the north on Saturday morning, the weather is expected to clear up by the afternoon.
IPMA meteorologist Ângela Lourenço says the wind will be moderate to strong, especially in high altitude and coastal areas.
