Portugal is in for another hot, sunny weekend, even though today (Friday) might see clouds and even rain in some parts of the country.
Tomorrow (August 1) maximum temperatures are expected to reach 27ºC in Faro, 29ºC in Lisbon, 26ºC in Porto and 34ºC in Évora and Portalegre.
Only some places along the west coast are expecting clouds, says IPMA, the Portuguese institute for sea and atmosphere.
Temperatures will rise on Sunday – with Faro expecting 28ºC, Lisbon 31ºC, Évora 36ºC and Porto 22ºC – and the hot dry weather is expected to continue into next week.
