The Algarve is the only region in Portugal that is not expecting rain at one point or other over this weekend, say the latest forecasts from IPMA, the Portuguese institute of sea and atmosphere.
In fact, temperatures in the south could reach the 26ºC mark with clear blue skies.
Sadly, elsewhere, rain will be a very real threat over the long break celebrating Labour Day (tomorrow), but temperatures will remain warm, with Lisbon and Porto expecting maximums of 25ºC and 19ºC.
