“We are family…”: DGS updates restaurant advice

With holidaymakers arriving thick and fast – and restaurants at last doing a brisk trade after months of lockdown and strict Covid-led restrictions- Portugal’s DGS health authority has updated its ‘guidelines’ for seating in restaurants. Currently restaurants can seat tables of up to six people inside, with tables of 10 on terraces. The new advice insists all these people must live in the same household. Restaurants may feel the need to ask clients for this clarification.
