Last month’s Atlantic Society Day played at an immaculate Quinta do Lago South course proved one for the record books.
Playing a two-ball better ball format, Alison and Martin “Winky” Walkden managed an incredible 49 stableford points.
Second place went to Rob and Paul Thorne with 44 points and third with 43 points was Dave and Marie Harpur.
Nearest the pin winners were Kevin Cummings and Dave Hyland.
Thanks went to sponsors Burrowhead Holiday Village who provided the chicken and chips at the Atlantic Bar at Vilamoura Marina.
The next Society Day will take place on November 1 at Onyria Palmares at 10.30am.
