Dr Harris will be returning to his home town in the United States where he will resume his teaching profession.
Also retiring is Ms Salegga Proietti, who has been Head of VVIS Primary since 2008. “Ms Proietti’s stamp of excellence will be sorely missed but her dedicated team of teachers will ensure that her legacy will continue,” said a statement from Vale Verde International School.
“The school is immensely proud and grateful for the departing teachers who have all added their individual touch to the school’s culture.”
The forthcoming academic year marks the 10th anniversary of Vale Verde International School.
The school has consistently achieved a 100% IGCSE Cambridge International Examinations and Edexcel GCSE pass rates (with the exception of one IGCSE subject) during its years of operation.
