The volunteer firefighters of Vila Real de Santo António and Castro Marim have received new personal protective equipment.
The equipment was purchased by the councils of the two municipalities.
“Despite the difficulties fitting in this support in the municipality’s public accounts, which has quadrupled in recent years, it is essential for Castro Marim to maintain a permanent emergency service that is strong and well-prepared, as well as the operation of the Emergency Medical Post in Azinhal (PEM),” said Castro Marim Council.
