VISTA restaurant in Praia da Rocha will take part in the second Goût de France, an initiative designed to celebrate French gastronomy on Monday (March 21).
The idea is simple – over 1,700 Chefs around the world present their own French-inspired menu.
Chef João Oliveira from VISTA will create a rainbow confection starting with octopus and algae and kaffir lime tempura as an ‘amouse bouche’ and a blue lobster couvert.
The main course will be red mullet fish with “burnt cream, artichoke, fennel and baked fish cream”.
Also on the menu are some delicious cheeses, Algarve oranges and a ‘Chocolate Explosion’ for dessert.
Dinner costs €85 and includes wine pairing.
VISTA is located within the Bela Vista Hotel & Spa in Praia da Rocha, Portimão.
