Vilamoura wins the award for the third year straight
Vilamoura Marina has been named ‘International Marina of the Year’ by The Yacht Harbour Association (TYHA) for the seventh time and third year straight.
The latest award came during the Southampton Boat Show 2023, which is taking place until Sunday (September 24) at the Southampton Marina.
The prize is attributed based on the votes of clients who visit the world’s best ‘5-anchor’ marinas (in other words, marinas which have undergone an audit to assess their quality).
“The effort and commitment that we put into constantly improving our infrastructures and services provided, through our high quality standards, is mirrored in this award which shows the satisfaction of our clients from all over the world,” said Vilamoura World administrator Isolete Correia. “To be able to represent Portugal abroad and be distinguished, once again, on an international level makes us very proud and certain that this is the way forward.”
Vilamoura Marina had already won the award in 2015, 2016, 2017, 2019, 2021 and 2022.
