Vila Vita’s Winter Brunch returns every Sunday until March 25, 2023, to brighten the cooler weekends with “good food and live music”.
Served at the Porches resort’s Bela Vita Bar & Brasserie, there are several options on the menu, from the most classic brunch dishes, such as homemade granola with fruit and organic yoghurt with São Marcos da Serra honey, or the “irresistible power smoothie of the day”.
Dishes are specially thought out by the executive chefs of Vila Vita. This is the case of the croque madame with truffle, the “soft taco” of shredded pork, yoghurt bread with buffalo mozzarella and dried tomato; the moules frites with mussels from the Algarve or the monsieur burger, favourites that have remained on the menu from year to year. The Winter Brunch is served every Sunday from 12.30pm to 4pm.
Price per person is €58 (alcoholic drinks excluded) and €29 for children (between four and 12 years of age).
