Vila Vita’s Winter Brunch returns, as it does every year, from November 19 until March 24, 2024, to liven up the cooler weekends at the Porches resort.
The Winter Brunch is served every Sunday from 12.30pm to 4pm at the Bela Vita Brasserie & Bar, and includes live entertainment.
The Winter Brunch menu features an “array of delectable options, including classic brunch favourites, such as homemade granola, with fruit and organic yoghurt drizzled with São Marcos da Serra honey or the irresistible power smoothie of the day. Alongside with options that seamlessly blend with singular and refined proposals, specially crafted for the occasion by the executive chefs of Vila Vita.
“Delights like the Croque Madame with truffle, the “Soft Taco” of shredded pork, yoghurt bread with buffalo mozzarella and dried tomato or the savoury Moules Frites with mussels from the Algarve remain in the menu as does the perennial favourite, the Monsieur Burger, drawing guest’s year after year.
