Vila Joya pops up in Sintra

It will be a short but blissful love affair: Vila Joya’s famous two-Michelin star restaurant is moving from Albufeira to the Sintra-based hotel Tivoli Palácio de Seteais until February 14. Headed by chef Dieter Koschina and one of the only two-Michelin-starred restaurants in Portugal, this pop-up version of Vila Joya will be serving a three-course menu for lunch and a more complete six-course menu for dinner. Dishes include smoked eels with bacon and prunes and wagyu entrecôte.
