THE VILA Galé Group announced recently that it will invest five million euros in a major modernisation programme to upgrade its hotels in the Algarve.
Albufeira’s Vila Galé Praia is the first hotel to be renovated under the programme, the objectives of which, according to Jorge Rebelo de Almeida, Vila Galé’s president, are to introduce new services and amenities to satisfy clients’ expectations. A new restaurant will be introduced to feature a menu of Mediterranean style cuisine and healthy food. Vilamoura’s Ampalis Hotel and Albufeira’s Cerro Alagoa will also undergo work, so that a new restaurant and a spa can be added. The hotels will be closed until January next year.
