VerdeLand real estate agency has opened a new office located on the Quinta da Ria golf course near Tavira.
Guests were invited to the official inauguration of the offices on September 3, which included wines from Quinta da Mingorra, German food from Vila Vita Parc as well as putting and pitching competitions.
The wooden offices, situated next to the Caddy Master’s offices and on the way to the clubhouse, mark a joint venture by the real estate agency from Tavira and the golf course.
Karsten Steenken from VerdeLand told the Algarve Resident: “I have known José Lisboa from Quinta da Ria for many years and this is a really nice joint venture between friends. The location of the new wooden office is fantastic, discreet and ideally positioned to take advantage of the thousands of golfers and visitors to Quinta da Ria each year.”
He added: “We still have our main offices in Tavira next to the Roman bridge but will be trying to find new clients from this new location and when we are not selling I can always practice my putting skills!”
