With reference to the letter to the editor which appeared in your April 2 edition, entitled ‘Luxury development’, in which the Vale do Lobo resort is mentioned, we would like to inform your readers that the Luxury Alliance recently formed is between Vale do Lobo, Resort Turístico de Luxo, SA and Grampiam Investimentos Hoteleiros, which comprises four hotels: Hotel Quinta do Lago, Ria Park Resort, Ria Park Garden and Ria Park Spa Residence. The Ria Park resorts are located in the Vale do Garrão area, but Vale do Garrão itself is not part of the agreement.
The Alliance means that clients have the option of staying in Vale do Lobo’s villas and apartments or in one of the luxury hotels, which together represent in excess of 2,000 beds. This luxury accommodation is offered together with outstanding golf – two championship golf courses, the Royal and the Ocean, and excellent conference facilities – the Vale do Lobo Auditorium and the hotels’ various meeting rooms.
