Valverde Lawn Bowls Club in Almancil held the semi-finals and final of their Summer Singles Competition on September 7.
Two groups of seven players took part in a round robin competition during July and August with the top two in each group qualifying for the final day.
In group one, Jack Romano and Ken Rawlins tied for first place. Group two was won by Paul Rawlings with Derek Scott runner up.
In the first semi-final, Jack beat Derek 21-14 whilst Ken beat Paul 21-11. In the final, Jack beat Ken by 8 shots.
Club Captain Alan Preece presented the trophy to Jack who also won in 2015.
