A special show celebrating the passion, beauty and sounds of opera is taking place July 16 (Saturday) at the Vale do Lobo auditorium from 8.30pm.
The ‘Opera Night’ was “created especially for fans of the art form” but is also expected to appeal to all music lovers.
The show will feature a selection of arias, duets and trios with the talented soprano Carla Pontes and bass-baritone Francisco Brazão as well as Cristiana Silva on piano.
“While many different opera pieces are being brought together during this very special performance, a constant link between them is maintained thanks to narration to put each scene into context and to help to create an overall performance that leaves a lasting memory,” says Vale do Lobo.
The event is organised by the resort alongside the Ideias do Levante cultural association.
Tickets cost €18 for the general public and €15 for Vale do Lobo Card holders and people staying at the Conrad Algarve, Dona Filipa, Quinta do Lago and Ria Park hotels.
