FIREFIGHTERS WERE called to a house that was ablaze after there was an explosion from inside. The occupant of the house was found in the garden in a critical condition with severe burns on his chest, arms and legs. Fire-fighters managed to put out the flames and, when they went inside, they were shocked to find more than 40 marijuana plants. Arson investigators believe the man was growing them hydroponically and a propane gas tank had been placed too close to the high intensity lamps.
