Unemployment falls to 14.6%

As the government is assailed by economic woes this week, one good piece of news showed that the number of unemployed people has fallen for the 12th consecutive month to 14.6%. Denying that this was due to the massive number of people who had emigrated since the crisis, CDS spokesman Nuno Magalhães said in Parliament that the downward trend was set to continue.
