Unemployed couples

Over 12,000 couples had both spouses unemployed at the end of June, representing a 45% increase compared to the same month last year. The data from the Institute of Employment and Professional Training (IEFP) shows that, despite the increase compared to the previous year, the number of out-of-work couples dropped by a small margin of 3.3% in relation to the previous month.
