Travel trends for 2022
Workations and longer stays are definitely high on the list of what guests are looking for in 2022. A recent survey by Tui revealed that 52% of all office staff would welcome a workation, believing it would make them happier and better at doing their job. We recently hosted a team of six who were making the most of this approach to work-life balance. We have been advising owners on ways they can accommodate guests who will be looking to work remotely, from faster Wi-Fi suggestions to furniture ideas.
Similar to the workations, longer stays are seeing increased demand. Once again, having villas equipped for longer term rentals is something we have prioritised this year. We will continue to observe and adapt in 2022, so that our owner partners really reap the benefits.
