UK TV show comes to Portugal to help people with property nightmares
TV PROPERTY guru, Andrew Winter, wants to hear from British home owners in Portugal who would like their property problems solved, for a new series of Selling Houses Abroad, to be broadcast on Channel 4 in the UK, later in the year.
Andrew, who has 20 years experience in the international property industry, wants to help people who cannot sell their house no matter what they do. He also wants to come to the rescue of those people who have bought property, and have been landed with problems that weren’t part of the deal.
In previous series of Selling Houses Abroad, Andrew has helped to sell properties that have been on the market for up to three years. He has also offered expert advice to people across Europe with property issues, such as legal disputes, structural problems, cowboy builders, dodgy developers and insect infestations.
