Two men, aged 44 and 45, were killed in a head-on car crash on the EN125 road on Tuesday night.
A 20-year-old man was also seriously injured in the collision and was taken to Faro Hospital.
According to Faro’s rescue operations command (CDOS), the accident happened in Fontainhas, Albufeira shortly before 9pm.
Traffic was cut off on both directions of the EN125. The cause of the accident is unknown.
