Truckers’ fury: minister goes into meeting saying “There are no miracles” likely to emerge

The meeting truckers have demanded with the government to pressure for more financial support/ measures to help with increased fuel costs has already begun in Lisbon. Minister for Infrastructures and habitation Pedro Nuno Santos has stressed that with the war in Ukraine still causing major constraints, “there are no miracles”, likely to emerge. In Spain however, truckers are being more belligerent. They have threatened to start blocking roads if their government doesn’t come up with better solutions.
