The Le Méridien Penina Golf & Resort is perhaps the most apt place for a tribute concert to The Beatles to take place as the resort was immortalised in a song written by Sir Paul McCartney back in 1968.
The Beatles may have never recorded the single themselves, this was left to Carlos Mendes, but the Penina track forever links the Algarve with the band.
Step back in time tonight (Friday) with The Bottles, the Algarve’s answer to the Fab Four, with a free concert at the Le Méridien Penina Golf & Resort from 9.30pm. The Bottles will also be performing at the resort on September 30, October 5 and 20 and November 4 and 11.
