In another tractor accident, a man was killed this week in Almancil in mysterious circumstances.
The Rescue Operations Command in the Algarve (CDOS) said the man must have lost control of the tractor. He was found buried under it in the forest area of Pereiras, near Almancil.
Emergency services were unable to revive him, and he was declared dead shortly after the accident.
