Regional environmental association Almargem is promoting a campaign, called Lixo ou Luxo, to collect second hand toys which will be donated to three children’s homes in Loulé council.
Donations of good quality second hand toys will be accepted by Almargem volunteers at the Continente supermarket in Loulé from December 14 until 22 between 10.30am and 12.30pm and from 5pm until 8pm.
The volunteers will distribute the toys to the Casa de Acolhimento da Casa da Primeira Infância, Associação Existir and Fundação António Aleixo on December 23.
