Algarve Chefs Week begins today (May 23) and will continue through to May 30.
The eight participating hotels will be open for dinner throughout the gastronomic week between 7.30pm and 10.30pm.
Each menu costs €30, excluding drinks, with €1 donated to the CASA charity in Faro.
Participating hotels include Conrad Algarve, Hotel Vale d’ Oliveiras, Hilton Vilamoura, Praia Verde Boutique Hotel, Sheraton Algarve Hotel, Salgados Grande Hotel, Hotel Tivoli Marina Vilamoura and Hotel Tivoli Victoria.
