Vila Joya’s hugely popular gourmet festival ‘Tribute to Claudia’ will return to the Galé resort in Albufeira between November 10-15, featuring a number of award-winning and Michelin-starred culinary maestros.
Every night, a group of renowned chefs will prepare a special dinner menu. One of the highlights will be on November 12, when 15 kitchen masters who used to work with resident Chef Dieter Koschina will work together.
Another standout evening will take place on November 14, when “all of Portugal’s Michelin-starred chefs will join forces to recreate their favorite childhood dish with a new modern gastronomic twist”.
The event is a tribute to Claudia Jung, the founder of Vila Joya, who died in 1997. It will take place at the resort’s famed restaurant, which in 2015 was included on the list of ‘The World’s 50 Best Restaurants’ and was named the ‘World’s Leading Restaurant Resort’ at the 2015 World Travel Awards.
Tickets cost €350, with a 10% discount available for those who book their place before October 21.
