Meanwhile, the Cascade Wellness & Lifestyle Resort in Lagos is embracing its Asian influences and welcoming Chef Paulo Morais, founder of the sushi school Everything About Sushi, at restaurant Senses for an Asian Fusion Night on April 24 from 7pm.

There will be two options available: guests can enjoy a creative live cooking show and taste a few sushi delicacies, followed by a saké tasting where they can taste and learn more about this traditional Japanese drink. Price per person is €18.

For those who are interested in tasting real Oriental flavours combined with the best local produce, this event can be complemented by a special dinner prepared by the Cascade Resort’s Executive Chef Luís Batalha, who will present a fusion menu based on flavours from around the world.

Dinner will last for approximately two-and-a-half hours and the price per person is €54. The live cooking show and saké tasting are included in this option.
