Award-winning chefs and wine producers from Portugal and abroad will be coming together between May 6 and 10 for a “unique gastronomic event” at Vila Vita Parc – the ‘Fine Wine & Food Fair and the Kitchen Party’.
As the name suggests, the event will be divided into two separate ‘events’. While four Michelin-starred chefs will be holding “exclusive dinners” on May 6 (Jonnie Boer), May 7 (Gert de Mangeleer), May 8 (Klaus Erfort) and May 10 (Jacob-Jan Boerma), the Kitchen Party on May 9 will feature “over 25 grand chefs, 33 Michelin stars and 15 wine producers from 10 different countries”.
Following the “resounding success” of the first edition in 2013, the resort stated that it wants to follow through with this “innovative concept that promotes direct interaction between chefs, winemakers and other producers with the public”.
The event will be hosted by the Ocean restaurant’s two Michelin-star chef Hans Neuner.
Tickets for the exclusive dinners cost €295 each, while the Kitchen Party can be attended for €225.
