Algarve BMX star Dário Piedade won the sport’s Liberty Seguros Portuguese Cup in Quarteira last weekend to add to his national title already secured in May. At the same time, the Stadium of the Algarve was the venue for a ‘24-hour BTT marathon’ organised by the Altimetria Sports Association.
This Sunday Silves will be the 9am starting point for cycling’s Portuguese Cup which will take competitors to São Bartolomeu de Messines.
